How it Works

When you order your balloons from us, we try to keep the whole process as simple and as easy as possible!

During the checkout process, you will have the option to create your own user account. If you do, you'll be able to log in and see the progress/status of your order at any time.

Orders need to be paid for at the time of ordering, and this can be done using any debit or credit card. We use Worldpay to process all transactions which means that your details are always processed safely and securely. None of your card details are ever seen, stored or saved by us when you order on the website.

Any item or product that you can add to your basket, should be in stock. Stock levels change daily but once you have placed your order, the items are then picked and reserved just for you, even if we are not set to deliver your order for another 90 days! It's best to place your order asap so that we can set the necessary stock aside for you.

Once your payment has been authorised, you should receive an automated email from us confirming your order details. Sometimes, these emails can be delivered to your own junk/spam email folder which we have no control over. If you enter an incorrect email address during the checkout process (yes, it does happen very occasionally), you will not get confirmation of your order. This is why we always recommend creating a user account.

For local delivery, the day before delivery, you will receive a text message to remind you that you can expect your balloon order to be delivered. We generally deliver between 10am and 2pm. There are a number of factors which influence delivery times such as traffic, weather and the number of deliveries which we have on any given day so we can not give you an exact time for delivery. We can't leave balloons outside so someone normally has to be there to accept delivery, however we may be able to leave them in a porch or even with a neighbour once you have arranged this. We can also deliver to an alternative address or even your workplace if you wish.

On delivery day (local), we will arrive with your beautiful balloons which will be given to you in our dedicated transport bags. You will also receive a copy of your paid invoice (or delivery note without prices if it is sent as a gift), along with our comprehensive care instructions which will help you to get the best from your balloons.

Your questions answered

How long will my balloons last?

Balloon float time can vary greatly so it's unrealistic to give any kind of guarantee as to how long they will last. However we do everything we can to ensure that your balloons last as long as possible. The ambient temperature and humidity can affect how long a balloon will float for. In general, you can expect all our helium filled balloons to last for at least a week (foils and latex). Some of our balloons, such as our personalised bubble balloons and deco bubbles,  will float for much longer than this, typically several weeks. Traditionally, latex balloons filled with helium would only last for a few hours but when you buy them from us, they can last up to a week or so, because they are pre-treated with HiFloat. Gender reveal balloons however, should only be ordered for delivery on the intended day of use.

Can I get balloons delivered to family or friends at a different address?

Yes of course, just enter the delivery address during checkout.

I can't get delivery on my preferred date, what can I do?

The dates we have available for delivery are displayed during checkout. In some cases, it may mean that your balloons will need to be delivered a day or two before you need them but you can be sure that they will still look great for your occasion. 

How will you deliver my balloon order?

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail and a tracking number will be available for you to see in your online account. For local deliveries, we will contact you by text before your delivery giving you an idea of when to expect us. We deliver between 10am and 2pm. All balloons are securely bagged and during Coronavirus, we will comply with social distancing guidelines. We have equipment that allows us to transfer balloons to you at a distance.

My balloon order hasn't arrived, what can you do to help?

We don't live in a perfect world and sometimes things can go wrong, but if things do go wrong, we're here to help. If you have ordered balloons for delivery and they haven't arrived on the day they're needed, then please let us know and we will investigate for you. The best way to let us know about any discrepancy is via email, quoting your original Invoice number.

Why does the text on my balloon looks like it has lifted or wrinkled?

The text lettering on your personalised balloon has been vinyl cut and applied to your balloon immediately prior to dispatch. As the balloon shrinks over time, then the lettering may appear a little wrinkled. It is perfectly normal for this to happen. If the balloon is exposed to a cold environment then this may also cause the lettering to appear wrinkled.

Can't I just collect balloons from your shop?

Sorry, but trading online and providing a delivery service to you is preferable to re-opening the shop at this time as we need to protect the business should there be additional lockdown periods.

I need balloons today. Can you help?

We're sorry but we don't offer a "same day" service.

I am not local, can I still get a delivery of balloons?

Yes you can, however due to size restrictions, we can only send a Balloon in a Box.
