Track Your Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from DPD allowing you to track delivery.
How to track and manage your delivery
All inflated balloons are sent via DPD on an overnight service.
The day before your chosen delivery date:
You will receive an email confirmation from us, letting you know that your order has been shipped. These emails are sent automatically so if you don't see it, please check your own junk/spam email folder.
If you have provided us with your mobile telephone number or email address, DPD will provide you with your unique tracking number once your order has been collected from us.
On delivery day:
You will receive notification from DPD giving you a one hour delivery window.
