Because the products we supply are personalised, we can not provide a monetary refund in the event that you decide to cancel your order, for any reason or at any time. There is no cooling-off period.

We appreciate that circumstances can change and should you find it necessary to cancel an order, we may be able to offer you a credit note to use against a future purchase. If this is the case, please get in touch with us at the earliest opportunity.
