When to Order

All available dates for delivery are shown on the calendar, during Checkout. Some dates will have limited or no availability, especially Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat.

Choosing your delivery date: As your balloon has a typical float time of a week or so, we recommend that you choose a delivery date that is either 1 or 2 working days before your balloon is needed. This allows time for re-delivery in the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed for unexpected reasons outside our control. No delivery date is guaranteed.

As an example: If your balloon is needed for an event on Friday or Saturday, we suggest choosing the Wednesday or Thursday before, as your preferred delivery date (the date you select at Checkout). All available delivery dates are shown on the calendar during checkout. 

Important information regarding delivery between Friday 24th November and 31st December 2023

It is expected that all Couriers will be much busier than usual during this time. Although we do not expect to see significant delays to deliveries, it is more likely that your order may be delayed in transit. For this reason, we strongly advise ordering early and choosing a delivery date that is sooner than you would normally choose. You should also read our Delivery Policy before you place an order, which explains what will happen in the event of an order being delayed.

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT DON'T WANT DELIVERY JUST YET

You can place an order with us today, even if you don't need your order delivering yet. We will reserve the stock needed for your order but won't inflate your balloon(s) yet. You can order up to 90 days ahead of your preferred delivery date.

On the Checkout page, you can use the calendar to select your preferred delivery date. Simply choose the date that you want, from the options available.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation that will show, amongst other things, details of your product(s), the delivery address, and the delivery date that you selected.

To ensure your balloon(s) arrive in the best condition, your balloon(s) will not be inflated until nearer the dispatch date.

Your order will be sent the day before your preferred delivery date on an overnight service.

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER AND NEED DELIVERY SOON

Simply choose your balloon(s) and use the calendar on the Checkout page to select your preferred delivery date. Only dates that are available, can be selected.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation that will show, amongst other things, details of your product(s), the delivery address, and the delivery date that you selected.

Your balloon(s) will not be inflated until nearer the dispatch date.

If you order before 11.30am and have requested delivery tomorrow, we will create your balloon(s) today and dispatch your order today, for next day delivery. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday.

I WANT SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERY

Due to the increased delivery costs charged by all couriers, we advise choosing delivery on either the Thursday or Friday. Your balloon is designed to last, and will still look great for the occasion!
