Important information regarding delivery between Friday 24th November and 31st December 2023

It is expected that all Couriers will be much busier than usual during this time. Although we do not expect to see significant delays to deliveries, it is more likely that your order may be delayed in transit. For this reason, we strongly advise ordering early and choosing a delivery date that is sooner than you would normally choose. You should also read our Delivery Policy before you place an order, which explains what will happen in the event of an order being delayed.

FREE NAMED DAY DELIVERY, MONDAY - FRIDAY 

Choose your preferred delivery day at checkout and we will aim to have your order delivered on that date. Orders are shipped the day before your chosen date (excl. Monday delivery). Tracking information will be available once your order is dispatched and a one hour delivery window will be given from the courier once your order is out for delivery. Our website will only allow you to choose dates that are currently available to you.  Order cut-off times may be brought forward during busy periods.  You can order up to 3 months in advance so please choose your preferred delivery date carefully during checkout. 

DHL/DPD SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & IOW, MONDAY - FRIDAY 

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and total number of items in your order.

Although your order may arrive the next day, please allow 1-2 working days for delivery to these areas.  Our website will only allow you to choose delivery dates that are currently available to you. Tracking information will be available once your order is dispatched and a one hour delivery window will be given from the courier once your order is out for delivery. Order cut-off times may be brought forward during busy periods.  You can order up to 3 months in advance so please choose your preferred delivery date carefully during checkout.

SATURDAY DELIVERY (Limited by location)

Due to increased delivery costs for Saturday delivery we advise our customers to choose an alternative delivery date, where possible. Your balloon is designed to last, so will still look great for your special occasion!

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING/DELIVERIES

You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order soon after placing your order. Please check your junk/spam email folder if you don't see it!

Once you have received your order confirmation, the next time we contact you will be the day before delivery, to let you know that we have sent your order.

When choosing your preferred delivery date (especially with the free delivery option), please remember to allow for any unexpected delay in delivery that might be caused by circumstances outside of our control. No delivery date is guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we can't send inflated helium balloons to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
