Damaged or Faulty Products
We guarantee safe delivery of your balloon.
Our balloons are extremely durable and it's unlikely that you will receive a deflated bubble balloon from us. However, if a bubble balloon has arrived deflated, we simply ask that you let us know as soon as your order is delivered. You should let us know by sending a picture of the damaged bubble balloon to our Customer Service department by email. Details on how to do this can be found on your delivery note included with the product, or on the dispatch email we send to you once your balloon is on it's way to you. Please be sure to include your order number when you get in touch.
Please note that the balloons inside your bubble balloon are made from natural latex which is porous. On rare occasions it's possible that one of these has deflated in transit. We can not foresee when or if this will happen and do not provide any warranty in this respect. This should not affect your enjoyment of the product or the functionality of the product.
Because our balloons are a perishable product that are often intended for use "on the day" It's really important that you let us know without delay so that we have the opportunity to put things right for you. For further details please see our full Terms and Conditions.
