We will provide refunds in accordance with your Statutory Rights. We will not provide product refunds in the unlikely event that your order is delayed in transit by 4 working days or less, beyond your preferred delivery date.
Any order where delivery has not been attempted after the 4 additional working days from the intended delivery date will qualify for a full refund of the purchase price and any delivery charge (if applicable), provided that you have not re-arranged or rescheduled delivery at any point since dispatch, and that the delivery address submitted on your order is complete and accurate.
As the products we supply are both personalised and perishable, and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are unable to provide a monetary refund in the event that you change your mind and no longer require the product.
Your order is for a personalised product that has been made especially for you. We will not provide a refund in the event that your order is refused at the point of delivery.
